ROCKWell Fund, Inc. Retains Program Staff

Rockwell Fund, Inc. (RFI) is pleased to announce new program officers.

Dr. Elizabeth Rollins, Program Officer
Dr. Rollins assumed her position on February 1, 2023, after having served RFI as a Program Associate.

Patrick Moreno-Covington, Program Officer
Mr. Moreno-Covington commenced work at RFI on February 7, 2023.

Mr. Moreno-Covington was a Program Associate and Program Analyst for Houston Endowment from 2017 to 2022.  He graduated from Colorado College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and earned a Master of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University in 2015.
