GRANTS MANAGEMENT
How to request
and submit a grant application to Rockwell Fund

Rockwell Fund uses the Temelio grant management system (GMS) to receive and process grant applications. Rockwell Fund no longer accepts “LOIs.” A grant applicant must create an account in the GMS.

Thereafter an applicant’s 1) request to receive a grant application and 2) submission of a grant application must be done in the GMS.

Please be aware that only organizations eligible for charitable funding aligned with Rockwell Fund’s strategies and desired outcomes may obtain and submit a grant application.

You can learn more about our grant review schedule and required application materials at Grant Process.

To request a grant application:

1. Go to www.rockfund.org.

2. Click the Request an Application link on the homepage. This link will only be active during grant submission periods identified on our website.

3. Once in the application request form, click the blue Login to Temelio to complete this form button at the top of the page.

4. If your organization has previously set up an account for Rockwell Fund in the GMS, enter the account username and password to sign in. You will then be able to complete the application request form. Use this account only for Rockwell Fund grant applications.

5. If your organization has not set up a Rockwell Fund GMS account, you will need to create an account. Use this account only for Rockwell Fund grant applications. On the bottom left of the page, click the sign-up link.

6. To create a Rockwell Fund GMS account, enter your name, organizational email, and chosen password.

7. Enter your organization’s legal name. You will then be redirected to the application request form. (If you are not redirected to the application request form, log out and then log back in using the Request an Application link on our homepage.)

8. Click the blue start the form button at the top of the page. This will prompt you to complete your organizational (entity) profile. To expedite the process, click the yellow enter your organization’s EIN button at the top of the page. Entry of the EIN will auto populate your organization’s information.

9. After completing the entity profile, add the applicable team members to the account by adding team member details. You should assign specific team members as the primary contact, team signatory, and financial contact for the grant request.

10. After completing setting up an account, you can then complete the application request form. (If the application request form does not appear after completing the account setup, log out and then log back in using the Request an Application link on our homepage.)

11. Complete the grant application request form and click on the Submit button. A confetti animation will appear on your screen to confirm submission.

12. Rockwell Fund will review your grant application request and, if approved, within two business days you will receive an email providing a link to the applicable grant application.

13. Fully complete the grant application and upload all required materials to the GMS.

14. After submitting your completed application, you will receive an electronic notification confirming receipt. The Rockwell Fund GMS does not allow incomplete submissions.

15. After each quarterly Board meeting, each applicant will be notified regarding the disposition of its request.
