Housing

Rockwell Fund will provide grants to organizations providing supportive housing, defined as affordable housing coupled with on-site client support such as intensive case management and wraparound services.

We recognize that investing in supportive housing is an effective way to reduce homelessness, foster self-sufficiency and help individuals and families live more stable, productive lives.

We will support organizations that provide supportive housing that targets families and individuals with the capacity to become self-sufficient.  Housing should be coupled with supportive services that cater to needs of the client population, and can include:

  • Resident services and assistance delivered by on-site staff such as life skills classes, tutoring and assistance for youth, etc., or
  • Intensive case management models that link clients to appropriate systems of care, resources and opportunities to enable the client to address and overcome complex social service needs.
