R. Terry Bell, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bell has been an officer and trustee of Rockwell Fund since 1980. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University (B.A.), the University of Texas Law School (J.D.) and the George Washington University Law School (LL.M.). He was in private practice until 2003, when he began working for the foundation.

Domingo Barrios, Trustee
Mr. Barrios has a lifelong career in the nonprofit sector and experience in nonprofit leadership, management, governance and resource development. Over his twenty years in the field, he has managed and allocated assets in excess of $80 million in grants specifically targeting programs and operational support, emerging initiatives, major gifts, capital campaigns and endowments. He has funded over 300 organizations from various sectors, including health, education, arts, environment and human services. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver (M.S., Health Administration) and Creighton University (B.S.).

Barbara W. Bellatti, Secretary
Ms. Bellatti has been an officer and trustee of the Rockwell Fund since 2003. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (B.A.) and the University of Oklahoma (M.E.), and is a former science teacher, counselor and school principal.

William "Billy" Granville, III, Trustee
Mr. Granville is the CEO & Managing Member of Granville Financial Group. He serves as a Member of the Board of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, an Executive Partner of the Future Leaders Mentoring Program and Executive Speaker at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, and as Regional Board Chairman of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a graduate of Duke University (B.A.) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Sharon Lovick Edwards, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer
Ms. Edwards is co-founder and partner in The Cornerstone Consulting Group Inc. She is a graduate of Howard University (B.S.) and has significant nonprofit management, programming and consulting experiences on a broad range of human service, community health and organizational management issues. 

Margaret E. McConn, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer
Ms. McConn has been an officer and trustee of the Fund since 2003. A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, she is a graduate of Rice University (B.S., MAcco) and was in private practice before joining the Fund.

Whitney Randolph, Treasurer
Ms. Randolph is a senior vice president with UBS Financial Services, Private Wealth Management, where she designs investment strategies for families and private foundations. She is a graduate of Rice University (B.A.) and the University of Houston's Bauer College (M.S., Finance).
